When you have to get up to press something, pull one item out of the laundry basket that also needs pressing

When you gather up throw away scraps.. take them and dust one piece of furniture

then sew some more

When you go to the mailbox to get your online order

pull a weed.. but don't get your hands dirty.. it can get on the fabric.. 

then sew some more

See you did a little work today!
